William Gerald Garrett was born on October 21st, 1980 in Bogart, Georgia and followed 70 seconds later by his identical twin Billup George Garrett. He draws his name from his twin brothers earlier attempts to pronounce both of their names. Bill Goo Goo. Goo Goo is quoted to say, “Billup is my motivation for all my creative pursuits.”
